Our staff have at least 5 years work experience in a Data Center Operation with good background on a variety of ICT equipment (e.g. servers, network equipment, workstations, tape libraries, printers, etc.). Good foundation on problem identification, troubleshooting, resolution and software installation procedures. Familiar with Windows Operation System (desktop / server), and Unix/Linux System Administration tasks. Experience in supporting banking and financial industries. Level I Service Desk. Our staff can provide first level assistance to customers with basic queries. Our staff can be trained on the data center product and services. Level II Support Desk. Our staff level who are experienced and with strong technical knowledge. Our staff can provide remote Data Center Operation Support.
